When I went to buy new converse shoes the staff was really
nice. They were very patient on find the right shoe that will fit me. At first
when I came in they greeted me nicely and ask if I would need any help just
tell ask them and it will be a pleasure to sever me. When I got my shoes ready
to buy they told me the special on socks and cleaning supplies for shoes that
they were on sale. I said no so they kindly said ok then I got out the doors
and said have a great day. From then on I have been going to the same store
since then. “Not all customers are worth your marketing efforts,” I believe
that if the customer is being nice and the employees would be grateful to serve
and get you to buy more things.
This other time I went to buy new soccer cleats. The team
members that were working there they were very cheerful like they love their
work. I went to the shoes ally they would ask if I needed any assistance and I
said yes. I ask if there is any difference about the model of the shoes if they
would feel comfortable when running. He seems to know little knowledge about
the gear but he said purchase the item and if it they weren’t comfortable I
could return them. I customer service
was really great I didn’t have any compliant about them. They also consider me
buying more gear for soccer and the jersey. Also they showed me what were on
sale if I were interested in it. When I said no they had no problem about not
selling me more item. “Historically been an exposure and intrusion practice—get

brand is very interesting by sports. I am very pleas that I had a great service
by Adidas.
